Teatrın əsas məqsədi Azərbaycanın müxtəlif regionlarında və paytaxtda icma üzvləri ilə birgə sosial mövzuları teatr metodologiyası ilə tədris etmək və Azərbaycan dilində resurslar yaratmaqdır. Ritual Teatr həm ölkə daxilində, həm də beynəlxalq səviyyədə fəaliyyət göstərir, müxtəlif yaş qruplarına aid yerli icmalarla əməkdaşlıq edir.
