A workshop was held on the topic of "Karabakh Stories"
On June 15, the Ritual Theater and Creativity Laboratory held a meeting with female members of the Zafaran Community and community leader Shahla Aliyeva in the Dashbulag village of Fuzuli district. The meeting discussed women's leadership and the impact of art on leadership skills, followed by a master class on the topic of "The Language of Carpets" by the theater's production designer Leyla Guliyeva. At the end of the meeting, the participants watched a documentary dance performance called "Karabakh Stories" prepared by writer Almaz Hasanzade and director Aynur Zarrintaj. The stories of the play were based on interviews organized by Ziver Alizade. The roles were performed by Ellada Khalikova and Fidan Piriyeva from the theater's cast. The main goal of this meeting, which took place within the framework of the "Stories of Hope: Women's Leadership and Community Building through Art" project funded by the Swedish Cooperation Fund, is to support the integration of women living in the Karabakh zone.
